We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your digital purchases. Below are our policies for cancellations, refunds, and issue resolution for digital assets.

Cancellations

Digital Asset Purchases

Digital assets (e.g., digital downloads, software, templates) are delivered electronically, often instantly. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase, provided the asset has not been downloaded or accessed. Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email to request this. Once the asset is delivered or accessed, cancellations are no longer possible.

Donations and Tips

Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once checkout is completed, we cannot cancel or refund these transactions.

Issues with Digital Assets

If you encounter issues with a digital asset, such as non-delivery, corrupted files, or failure to function as advertised, we’ll work to resolve the issue or provide a refund. For the fastest resolution, please provide:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages, or access logs).

Refunds

Digital Asset Purchases

Refunds are only issued for digital assets that are non-delivered, corrupted, or fail to meet advertised functionality, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or after the asset has been downloaded or accessed, as digital goods cannot be returned. To be eligible, provide evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots or error logs) to xone.hello@gmail.com

  • PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will reflect in your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, we cannot issue refunds or cancellations.

Locked Content

Locked content (e.g., premium digital content or memberships) is non-refundable. If you cannot access locked content after payment, contact us at x-one-global-shop@support.fourthwall.com with your order number and issue details. We’ll troubleshoot and aim to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Licensing and Usage

Purchasing a digital asset grants you a non-transferable license to use it per the specified terms (e.g., personal or commercial use). Refunds or cancellations do not permit continued use of the asset, and unauthorized distribution or resale is prohibited.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your location, Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
